Q: My child just had their photos taken by Orange Fox Photography at their childcare center, what’s next?
A: Thanks for having us photograph your children! Your photo galleries will be published and ready for viewing and ordering two weeks following your center’s picture day. You can expect an email from your Director at your center with the viewing/ordering instructions around this time. If you don’t receive them please follow up with your Director. Galleries are time sensitive and will expire two weeks after they are posted for viewing. If you would like your gallery to be marked private please let your Director know prior to the galleries being published.
Q: I love my photos, do you do family sessions?
A: Yes we do! We have been photographing families for over 10 years. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com if you would like more information about setting up a family photo session! Links to both of our websites can be found in the "ABOUT" section above as well.
Q: Your system says there is a $24 minimum order, is this correct?
A: Yes, that is correct. Due to the extra time we spend interacting and photographing your children so that we can provide high quality & fun school photos with real smiles and real expressions we do require a minimum purchase to ensure our business is viable.
Q: My child's gallery is expired before I was able to place an order. Can I still place an order and how?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Child’s First and Last Name along with School Name/Location and we can reinstate your gallery if it has not passed 30 days since the galleries expired. Only downloads can be ordered after the galleries expire, but we’d be happy to help you get your order placed for Downloads as long as it is within the 30 day window. All Unordered Photos are purged from our system 30 days following the Gallery Expiration.
Q: I ordered Digital Downloads but forgot to download them within the 7 days after receiving them. How can I get a new link?
A: Please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number and we can send you a new link within 24-48 hours.
Q: When will my print order be shipped?
A: All print orders are fulfilled and shipped approximately one week after your school's gallery expires. If you chose to have them Shipped to your school, your Director will have them a little over a week after the galleries expire.
Q: How do I receive my digital downloads?
A: You will received a download link shortly after you complete the checkout process. If you don't receive this link within a few hours please check your Junk Mail folder as it may have been filtered into there. Digital download links expire 7 days after purchasing. Please let us know if your link expires and you need it resent.
Q: What are digital downloads?
A: Digital downloads are the full size photos which you can download directly to your computer. You can then order prints, canvases or products through your online photos retailer of your choice. We recommend www.mpix.com for great color, quality & prices! Digital downloads are a great option if you'd like the options of ordering more prints down the road, order prints bigger than sizes we offer or if you'd like to share your photos on any social media site. Please include "Images by www.orangefoxphoto.com." if you do choose to post your childs photos as we retain the rights to the images and we would love the credit!
Q: I'm trying to order photos from a retail printer and they need a reprint release, how do I get one?
