Regular Office Hours (during Spring and Fall School Photo Seasons are as follows):

Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-2pm, Saturday-Sunday CLOSED

Closed all National Holidays/Holiday Weekends

Off Season (Summer and Winter) Office Hours are: Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm

Q. Can you tell us more about how your Galleries and Pricing work?

Each child's gallery is different because we photograph based on the child's comfort level, expressions, and cooperation during their time with us. Some children naturally give us a wider variety of poses and smiles, while others may need more encouragement or may not feel as comfortable in front of the camera that day or that moment.
For your child's session, our seasoned photographers work hard to capture the best images possible, and the final gallery reflects the strongest photos we were able to achieve during the session. Our pricing is based on the photography session and overall experience rather than a guaranteed number of images, so galleries will vary from child to child and season to season.
We truly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to photograph your little one.
Please know we always do our best to create images families will treasure.

Q. Oops! We missed the window to register our child(ren) for photos. Is there a way I can still get them registered for their school’s Photo Day?

Yes! While there is regularly no fee to register for your child’s photos, a $25 late registration administrative fee applies after the registration cutoff time. If this works for you please send your child’s name, center name and location, classroom name, parent names and the email addresses where you’d like the gallery and invoice sent. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal which will need to be paid prior to 4pm the day before photo day (during our regular office hours). We do not process late registrations on Saturdays or Sundays - for any schools that have photo day on a Monday, late registration payment must be completed within our office hours on Friday.

We’re very sorry but we no longer accept late registrations on the day of photos. Payment must be completed within our office hours before photo day so we can prepare QR cards and information before arriving to your school. Children will only be photographed if late registration has been paid prior to photo day.

Q: My child just had their photos taken by Orange Fox Photography at their childcare center, what’s next?

A: Thanks for having us photograph your children! Your photo galleries will be published and ready for viewing and ordering approximately two weeks following your center’s picture day. If your center had two days of photography they will be ready two weeks after the second day of photos. You can expect a direct email from us with your Online Gallery around this time. If you do not receive your gallery you can contact us directly via email at hello@orangefoxphoto.com Galleries are time sensitive and will expire two weeks after they are posted for viewing and ordering.

Q: I love my photos, do you do family sessions?

A: Yes we do!  We have been photographing families for over 10 years.  Please feel free to email us at hello@orangefoxphoto.com if you would like more information about setting up a family photo session!

Q: Your system says there is a $24 minimum order. Is this correct?

A: Yes, that is correct. Due to the time and care we invest in interacting with and photographing each child, we do require a minimum purchase amount. Our goal is to provide high-quality, fun school photos that capture genuine smiles and real expressions, and this minimum helps ensure we can continue offering that level of personalized service and quality.

Q: My child's gallery is expired before I was able to place an order. Can I still place an order and how?

A: Downloads and Prints can be ordered for a limited time after the galleries expire but free shipping to your center will no longer be an option. In most cases, your photos will still be available one season following when the original photos were taken although this is not guaranteed. Please contact us regarding Photo Recovery for past seasons.

Q: When will my print order be shipped?

A: If you chose to have your print order shipped to your school, your order is fulfilled and shipped approximately one week after your school's gallery expires. Your Director will have them a little over a week after the galleries expire. If you chose to have them directly shipped to your home, they will arrive approximately a week after purchase.

Q: How do I receive my digital downloads?

A: You will receive a download link immediately after you complete the checkout process.  If you don't receive this link within a few hours please check your Junk Mail folder as it may have been filtered into there.

Q: What are digital downloads?

A: Digital downloads are the full size photos which you can download directly to your computer.  You can then order prints, canvases or products through your online photos retailer of your choice.  We recommend www.mpix.com for great color, quality & prices!  Digital downloads are a great option if you'd like the options of ordering more prints down the road, order prints bigger than sizes we offer or if you'd like to share your photos on any social media site.  Please include "Images by www.orangefoxphoto.com" if you do choose to post your childs photos as we retain the rights to the images and we would love the credit!

Q: I'm trying to order photos from a retail printer and they need a reprint release, how do I get one?
